The Remain is a series of photographs I took during almost the end of the pandemic of COVID-19. It was taken by MINOTA X-700 with ILFORD Delta 400 black and white film. I chose to use black-and-white film and focus on the composition made by light in both indoor and outdoor environments.
In this series, none of the photos has figures of people inside, but they all show traces of human life. These photos preserved the moments during the pandemic, when the city where empty and quiet, but still alive under the silence, waiting for everything to come back to normal.
